  1. Hi Autumn mums-to-be, I was looking for the right place to post this and came across exactly what I was looking for! As part of my Masters in Couples Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy I need to observe a baby for one year, starting soon after their birth, ideally around mid October. I understand this might seem a bit strange, but Infant Observation experience and routine of an observer?s calm, weekly visits can have a positive effect on the parent/s, enabling them to reflect about their interaction with their babies. I would visit the family home for one hour on the same day and time each week, arranged to be convenient for the family. The aim is to enable me to observe a baby growing up and learn about infant development into context of a family relationship. If you are interested or have any further questions please email me via pm. I look forward to hearing from you! Thank you, Adriana
  2. The Minster Centre seems to be kind of cutting edge psychotherapy - not sure if they offer only introduction though. But definitely worth checking out.
  3. Ottolenghi's Nopi, near Picadilly circus is the best food I've eaten in a long time. The food is to share, so small plates. The atmosphere is lively, exciting and laid back. The drinks are phenomenal. I will definitely go back.
  4. Hi Sem, Can you pm your price list? I'm interested in waxing. Many thanks, Adriana
  5. I've been taking my son to little kickers football on Saturdays am and they also run rugby classes at the same time for the same age group. We go to the one in Nunhead but check their website as there are a few other locations. It is good fun.
  6. I'm also furious. I went to the school twice, first on my own on a open day and then with my husband. I discussed my chances of getting in openly with a member of staff, who instructed me to call Lewisham Council to check the distance - in a straight line - from my house to the school and with that information I called them back and was told that my chances to get my son in were high based on the last time they had a bulge year. On my second visit, the new head had just started (her fourth day) and my husband and I did the tour with her. We put a lot of thinking into our decision making process and Horniman was/is our first choice. There is no way we will get in if there is no bulge class and our application would have looked very different if we knew it was going to be single entry for reception year. I'm interested in a group challenge.
  7. I'm still on for Wednesday. Happy to meet wherever best for you guys. Looking forward to it. Cheers Adriana
  8. Great Kim. Where shall we meet then? Oscar seems to be much better. Thanks Lindsey
  9. Unfortunately I can't this Friday - actually this week might be a bit difficult as Oscar came up with a bit of temperature today so I don't want to commit to tomorrow - just in case. What about next Wednesday, 18th? x
  10. Hi there, I just found this thread and would love to join you - my son is 21 months. However, Tuesdays and Thursdays am aren't usually good for me. I wonder if there's any possibility of another day??!!:) Adriana
