Hi, was wondering if some kindly neighbour could pop over and have a look at the plumbing for me? Hot water in the kitchen has been playing up for a while and completely stopped yesterday - can't get any hot water come through. Advice welcome!!

We are the proud owners of a Victorian terrace in Peckham in dyre need to renovation, including potential side return extension, kitchen renovation, exterior work, taking a few walls down and moving the bathroom upstairs.
