I would also highly recommend Gokay and have trained with him for nearly two years. His sessions are varied, challenging and really enjoyable. He is a brilliant motivator - tough but always smiling! It's also great to be exercising outside whatever the time of year.

Also happy to recommend Dave from Down the Drain. He came round within an hour of calling and unblocked our kitchen drain which we had been unable to fix over the weekend. Very pleasant guy to deal with.
