I would highly recommend Dave Franklin ( 07956688622 ). He and his team just painted our flat and did a fantastic job. They were professional, efficient and cleaned up after themselves. They also returned to ensure we were happy, even after they were fully paid. Would book them again without any hesitation. Fantastic service and quality.

Another review for Brian. He is without doubt my go to person now for doing up or fixing the house. For this job, he replaced the old glass above in the door and installed a new chrome step plate, lock, handles etc and arranged for a carpenter to rebuild the door and finish with a nice roller finish. Totally transformed it. Always thinking of ways to minimise inconvenience - on this one they kept the barrel of the lock so we could all come in and out without getting the keys changed. Happy to recommend Brian.

Brian and his team have just finished renovating the entire front of house. They did an amazing job basically fixing a major doer upper. I wanted the finish to be perfect for when my parents see the house and he didn't let me down - attention to detail was flawless. Scoped the job patiently (showing videos and photos of his work) and was very understanding of the special demands of this job. Brian always makes himself available to chat through where things are at and was the best communicator tradesman I've come across yet.Brian has worked with Malachy and his team for years which gives you the peace of mind leaving them the keys. Finished the job on time, were polite to my fiance and neighbours, kept the place clean at the end of every day and I'm very happy to recommend Brian and his team (in fact he's scoping some other work for me now).

After trying to get quotes from around 15 different companies (including a bloke listed on here) and not receiving a single response, I thought I'd try my luck on here. Gardeners must be busy as it's now summer but it's not an enormous job and I'm easy on timing. Just want to get in the queue! Please help!

Following my post above about not hearing from him, I then did hear from Shaun all of a sudden and his service on site was very good as always. Personable and professional. Maybe he is just too busy and suffering from his own success...

I just wanted to recommend Gary after having some work done last Saturday. Very responsive and reasonably priced. He did a good job replacing all the valves on my radiators (fixing 3 that did not work) and he was a nice polite guy who you feel comfortable having in your home. I'm also struggling to get a hold of Shaun following an electricity certificate review he carried out on my property 4 weeks ago. Hasn't responded to emails or voicemails. Other than this latest period of silence, I would have recommended him wholeheartedly - very personable, responsive and did a thorough job.
