  3. I have been training with Martin in Peckham for over a year now and I would definitely recommend him as a personal trainer. Initially I was training to help keep my fitness up over the winter months which is no easy feat but Martin made the sessions fun and challenging which really helped with maintaining motivation. My goal was then to be fit, strong and healthy for my wedding, again something Martin helped me to achieve. No matter your goal Martin will work to help you drive towards it and tailor the sessions along the way to however you're feeling that day. He has a wealth of knowledge and positivity in bucketloads so if you've got a goal for 2016 definitely give him a call!
