Hi, just a quick warning about some possible bogus workmen in the area. We just had two workmen come to our house (we are in SE21/S24 borders) to offer to clean the gutters. They quoted a good price and we asked them to do the work. We then asked for their names and phone numbers, and they just drove off. They were in a red van without any company name or phone number on it. Unfortunately I did not note down the registration number.

Dear builders, I'm looking for an experienced person to help fix a number of things in my flat. This will include sourcing and putting up two bathroom mirror panes, putting down a few door thresholds, touching up a couple of small wall areas with paint, sourcing and cutting to size some plywood to cover toilet cistern and a few other small jobs. I am located in Rotherhithe (25 mins drive from ED), and ideally would like the work to be done as early as tomorrow Wednesday, alternatively on Friday. Given the nature of the work I'd be happy to agree an hourly or day rate.
