Blondie68
I have a pair of basic crutches which were given to me at King's College Hospital when I broke my foot recently. I only used them for a couple of days and the hospital doesn't take them back - it seems a waste to throw them away, so if anyone needs them, they are yours.Call Lindsey on 07930 378856. gabys1st
Mad - apparently a Health and safety issue. Can understand that much used crutches might be getting Oh I dunno loose screws or whatever but health? Don't see the chairs in waiting rooms being disinfected between each user! I did manage to freecycle a pair of elbow crutches that I shd never have been issued with because after a couple of hours was realized that my wrists cdn't take the strain.Hope someone wants them. There is also Freegle - reaches a far wider audience than EDS Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/118376-free-hardly-used-nhs-crutches/#findComment-1034040 Share on other sites
