MASSIVE Readers Digest Repair Manual 1972

This was my Grandads, he was an engineer and back in the day people repaired things instead of chucking it away, I followed suit. If you know someone that likes to tinker then this is THE book. Even great as a coffee table book. You'll be amazed at what's in it. There are things that don't even exist anymore.

BIG COLLECTION OF GAMES, all bar the checkers have not been used, may be one set of the dominoes too. Speaking of the latter they are a very good heavy quality, two sets (one set still packaged)

This is the ultimate Xmas day table games set includes Dice games, pack of Guinness playing cards, magnetic backgammon, Draughts(checkers), you can see the top set of dominoes goes up to 9 (big set for all the family to play)

The whole lot ?10

Some kind of floppy handbag (I'm such a bloke, don't know what it is ) size when flat approx 16"x12"

outer has a slight brown furry leopard effect whilst the inside is more obvious with a zipped pocket and it has clasps and stuff. Handle is a metal chain in bronze colour ???????????????

This has never been used.

Hardback sketchbook slightly smaller than A4, (one page torn out),

Quite an unusual A5 thick address book (completely empty i.e. not used),

2 x A5 blue(recycled) and red writing paper about a dozen sheets with some matching envelopes

TILT and GRIND BATTERY OPERATED SALT AND PEPPER GRINDER with stand (in box and working TESTED)

You tilt it one way for salt the other for pepper, it's as easy as that. Nice gadget for around the Xmas dinner table (batteries not included)

2 x watercolour prints to fit standard frame 11" x 14"

Both of these are still in their cellophane wrappers. These are from St Johns Antigua:

    • Niko has done several jobs at our place in Honor Oak.Recently we've called him out to replace s shower. We thought that the tiles needed stripping out  and replacing. However he explained that the tiles were perfectly adequate for what we wanted. That sums up Niko. He never recommends unnecessary work and is always conscious of cost. He is also a brilliant plumber who is available to offer free advice over the phone if necessary. He is also an incredibly nice bloke. Our go to plumber. He is fair reasonable and very professional. 5*. The only reluctance we have is that he may get too popular and next time we need him we may have a problem because he is so busy !!
