Dear All,

I was writing to offer our services as a local architectural practice. We are an award winning architectural practice specialising in residential projects.

If you were interested in any advice or guidance in terms of architecture we would be happy to help. Whether you are looking to extend your property, enhance the existing or build-new then please get in touch. We have particular experience in working on complex and constrained sites.

Our offices are in Waterloo but I live locally (Nunhead) so am familiar with the area and the local authority planning procedures.

  Folk can’t even be bothered to put a collar and bell around their moggy’s neck so the chance of getting them to sterilise said creatures seems tiny to me.

  It’s almost always a Landells/Landcroft rd mistake. Try knocking on the Landcroft number that corresponds to your property.
