Selling together or separately. Will throw in guitar stand, cable and strap.

Samick telecaster. Solid body. See pic. ?90

Fender champion 600 valve amp. These are amazing practice amps. 5w - but as it's a valve amp it sounds much better than a 5w standard modern amp. This is a remake rather than the 1950 original. ?200

  I mean if its going on for a long time I would think just having a talk to them over coffee would help.seems like they are freehold owners if they've been living there for a long time so i would advise not reporting them to the police since you will be stuck with them for a long time to come
