Help wanted to cut a tree stump

It is a common fallacy to think that a chain saw is best for removing a stump.


If the chain comes in contact with any soil it is immediately blunted and no right-minded person would use/lend their chainsaw for this purpose.



Depending on the size, the very best tool to use is a fencing bar.

It cuts the roots and has fantastic leverage and being spring steel, unbreakabe. I taken out 12" diameter Leylandiis with one of these.
