Chicken looking for a new home.

Two of our three beautiful hens were taken by a fox today. As any chicken keeper knows, a lone hen is not a happy one.

We're looking for a new home for our friendly hybrid, Ailsa, where she can live happily with some new chicken pals. Named after her black and gold feathers, Ailsa is a Rhode Island Red x Maran.

If any local keepers have room for a little one we'd love to hear from you.
