Water leak Ulverscroft Road

I've just reported the leak outside number 5 to Thames Water.

It had already been reported this morning and they are sending someone out.

Just posting to save anyone else reporting it.

There were guys working there 2 nights ago.

Speaking to the guys that were working on a major leak a few weeks back in Ulverscroft it would seem

The entire length of Ulverscroft needs to be replaced. Like much of London's water supply.

The 130 year old Victorian 4" Cast-iron pipe work is in very poor state and will continue to need repair

for years to come.

Probably not practical and prohibitably expensive to do such works.

We have to live with it.
