Looking for someone to tidy garden and carry out some odd jobs

Hi,

We're a bit time poor and so are looking for someone who will carry out the following small jobs for us in the coming weeks:

- weed, clean and sweep (and generally leave sparkling) a slightly overgrown shared laneway between ours and our neighbour's house.

- sweep and weed and pressure wash our front garden.

- wash the paint and woodwork around our front door and windows.

- pressure wash our back garden patio.

- build some flat pack furniture (when it arrives in the coming weeks).

- carry out some other small jobs around the house.
