EE Mobile Problems ?

Anyone else having problems with your EE Mobile Service ?

I get Engaged tone when I call my EE Mobile.

Called EE Help line from land line but got cut off during recorded message..

I think EE must be having some major problems. Their Help line 07953 966 250 no longer rings out when you call it.

It would seem the entire EE Natioal Network is down.

Problems started at 07.56 BST

London is the worst hit

Call to EE mobile from BT .. mobile rang.. but now dead again.

I would imagine High call attempts are crashing the network.

EE will need to implement Call Gapping to help the system recover gradually.

Call Gapping is when only a set number of calls are allowed to get through IE 1 in 5

Call gapping is used on Call-ins voting lines like Xfactor to stop the system crashing and blocking other calls.

EE checker shows NO known problems in SE22 area.

so the checker does not work either..

System back up. I/C and O/G calls made EE to BT and BT to EE
