We are a professional couple with a young child (nearly 2, and a good sleeper - so no waking the neighbours!) seeking a 2 bed flat in East Dulwich/Honor Oak/ Forest Hill for 2/3 months from the end of November/ start of December while we await a property purchase going through (taking much longer than expected). Can you help? We're able to pay upfront.

We're clean, responsible, non smokers with no pets. We love this area so would like to stay local if we can...
