Peckham Rye station is a 4-5 min bus ride away (10-12 minute walk) and the centre of East Dulwich is about a 10 minute walk. 3 minute walk to Peckham Rye Park plus access to the private garden within the square (residents only). Parking isn't a problem and is free.

The rent is ?700 per calendar month plus bills (?105-?110pcm)

The outgoing tenant is looking to vacate early December, so will be looking for someone to move in for then.
