The fabric is sturdy and resistant to stain and scuffs. The sofa bed has metal mechanisms and easy opening. We added a mattress enhancer for extra comfort which is also included. Dimensions Sofa size H71, W168, D94cm. Size of sleeping area: W119, L180cm. Floor to seat height: 42cm. Depth of seat: 57cm. Height of seat back: 37cm. Width of seating area between arms: 128cm.
