DPD are just as bad. Twice they failed to come and pick up my parcel, and both times the website said they'd been and gone despite me knowing they hadn't because I was standing outside my home within the hour window they provided and I was live tracking the van location. The message on the website went from "We'll be there in 15 minutes", to "There was no parcel to collect", while I was waiting outside the door! No DPD van in sight. Twice in 2 weeks. -

I have a friend who needs to come and stay as she needs emergency accommodation and we don't have any spare beds. Looking for an affordable sofa bed asap, if anyone can help!
