I can strongly recommend Amelie as a singing teacher-I'm an actor and needed help with audition technique-she is very intuitive and at home directing you in your performance and guiding you in vocal techniques. She has worked wonders with me already! Great if you need help with choosing material and practising for that big audition.

I had my first session with Amelie today and it was absolutely brilliant! She leads you through a really thorough vocal warm up, then you move on to trying out different songs. I tried a Carole King song, and it felt really good to get proper support and feedback - I honestly accessed a part of my voice I've never used before!! Amelie creates a really relaxed atmosphere, which gives you the confidence to step outside of your usual comfort zone / vocal habits. I can't wait for my next session!

Great first session with Amelie and will certainly book more. Professional, no nonsense, relaxed atmostphere, we got through a lot in an hour - I had an audition song to prepare and I have left in much better vocal shape and more confident about singing the song. She is excellent.
I've been having lessons with Amelie for a few months now - she's fab! I'm an actor that quite often has to sing for auditions, and Amelie has been really helpful preparing me for whatever kind of audition may come my way - helping with contrasting song choices, delivery and technique. She has a total body approach that I find very accessible, and her critiscms are always insightful, intuitive and practical. I enjoy our lessons, and hope to make singing a regular part of my life!

I?d like to recommend wholeheartedly Amelie for her talent and inspiration!

My son is aged 13 years and was becoming a little disinterested in his classic guitar until he mentioned he?d like to try singing whilst playing his guitar.

After he started having lessons with Anelie, in a matter of weeks, he?s learned quite a few songs and performed in his school on a couple of occasions. He also likes to take his guitar and sings with friends and they all seem to quite enjoy themselves

    • You can get a really good and cheap holiday at caravan sites early or late in the season using vouchers from The Sun.  Well worth paying the fine for.  I think it is where Martyn Lewis holidays The Sun is popular in East Dulwich too as it was featured: https://www.thesun.co.uk/news/21722594/we-dont-want-a-poundland-in-our-posh-neighbourhood/
    • Nope that is boring,  I want something creative.  Maybe turn them into Xmas cards.  I understand from those daytime television programmes that don't involve buying houses, DIY, antiques, bargain hunting and the second World War that this is called 'upcycling'. AI suggests: Upcycling old cheque books can involve repurposing the paper from old checks into creative items like notebooks, journals, art pieces, gift tags, bookmarks, decorative paper, or even small boxes, by cutting, decorating, and assembling the paper to create new functional or decorative objects, while ensuring any personal banking information is properly obscured or removed. And there is vid too
