Wanted: Drains expert with Saniflo knowledge

Hi there

We have just moved into a new property and there if an effluent smell coming from the cellar. Strong drain smell. There is a saniflo in there which only deals wth clean water it seems (to pump water up- not a macerator ). We really want to find the source for this smell and et rid of it ASAP.

Can someone recommend someone who can help?

  I agree. Midnight I can understand when it's celebrating the start of a new year (under whatever system) but not otherwise. Though re the wildlife, it's going to affect them whatever time it is, I don't suppose they know it's gone 11pm!

  Yes I get your gist, but maybe you could just name a few of the very many you mention? I'm not sure why you find it very concerning that somebody would leave Labour for the Greens? So have many people, including me.
