I dont see a problem with this if there is a problem. Its quite further out from the charter school and its right next to where they are going to make the entrance for those student flats. If anything its better for the residents since the Mark and Son closes at 7. I’d imagine the teachers won’t let the students go into the shop after school hours anyways -

I do like Chacarero. Lovely people as well as delicious foods (especially the chimichurri).
