Me and my partner (civil servant and doctor) are looking for a place in East Dulwich / Peckham Rye to rent to tide us over while we are in between properties. We are looking for somewhere that we can move in to from the end of September for approximately four months while we find a new place to move into permanently. We are looking for something in the region of c. 1300 PCM and would favour an arrangement where all bills are included (for simplicity's sake).

  So let's never do anything that might improve an area, because it will just be dragged down to the level of what's presently there? Is that what you are saying? I don't have the time or the inclination to do the research, but I'm pretty sure that I have read that when people who had lived in a very run down area were given nice surroundings, they appreciated and looked after them.
