Hello everyone

My boyfriend (consultant) and I (lawyer) are looking for a short term let in Autumn whilst our house is being renovated. We would be happy with a studio or one bed. Ideally bills included for simplicity but we are flexible and open to any offers. Could pay all up front if the right deal came along.

We currently live in the Nunhead area so would like to stay local if possible.

Just get in touch with any questions/ ideas!

Thank you

Imogen

Hi there,

What sort of tenancy length are you looking for?

We're currently letting our below flat inclusive of bills - we'd consider a short let dependant on tenancy length.

Rent is ?1,450 plus a bills package of ?200 pcm, so ?1,650 pcm all in, inclusive of a fortnightly cleaner.

Do let us know if you'd be interested.

Rebecca

Hi Irelandi, thanks for your post. We are looking for a lodger and can offer a spare bedroom available in a 4 bedroom house on Landells Road close to Lordship Lane and Dulwich Park. I'll message you privately shortly.

Best wishes

    • Naaah, it's rubbish - it would be a change of use so would need planning. https://www.planningdirect.co.uk/planningappeals/affordable-planning-applications/change-of-use/commercial-to-takeaway-change-of-use There's not enough footfall for a McDonalds, anyway, and they're quite picky about their sites

I don't have the time or the inclination to do the research, but I'm pretty sure that I have read  that when people who had lived in a very run down area  were given  nice surroundings, they appreciated and looked after them.
