Beautiful genuine encaustic cement tiles, made in Spain and dried in the sun, made especially to order for our new kitchen, but will look equally good and can be laid anywhere indoors - hallway, bathroom etc

These are gorgeous indoor floor tiles, in a soft pale grey colour.

Each tile is 20x20cm and 18mm thick.

We have 5 sq metres excess still in their original unopened boxes of 12 tiles per box (10 boxes).

They are lovely underfoot and perfect with underfloor heating as cement is the best conductor for underfloor heating.

We bought from local tile specialists Alhambra Tiles in Honor Oak (who can vouch for the order) and they are fantastic quality, recommended by our architects, nimtim.

We are selling at a discounted price of ?47 per sq metre - which is well below retail price (and no shipping fee!)
