Seeking German-speaking nanny

We're a family in Sydenham with two children (1 year and 5 years) and are looking for a part-time nanny to start in March 2019. App. 20-30 hours per week.

Key requirements are German speaking & at least two years experience with children as young as 12 months old.

  I posted about this quite a few years ago. It was suggested it was a boiler and I did locate the approximate house where the boiler was at the back and close to my space. It stopped a few days after mentioning it here! It was VERY loud, regular as the boiler cycled on and off.
