Hi my name is Charlene im available for morning drop offs 2days a week. I have an nvq level in childcare with over 10years experience working with children from all ages. I also have a 19mth old son who will accompany me on the drop offs too. Im currently working with a lovely family doing after school pickups but would like to find 2 days a week doing drop offs.   I've had recent UPS deliveries from India & Sweden which have been delivered with no problems and in a very timely manner. I suspect problems may be more evident on internal (to UK) movements, I've nothing to complain about with their international service.

  Obviously not shattering compared to many life problems, but relatively minor annoyances add up to become a horrible background buzz to life I've just phoned and cancelled the order. Getting a refund. I'll get it from somewhere else. 🤬 Oh, that is annoying. What has DPD got to say about it?

  DPD are just as bad. Twice they failed to come and pick up my parcel, and both times the website said they'd been and gone despite me knowing they hadn't because I was standing outside my home within the hour window they provided and I was live tracking the van location. The message on the website went from "We'll be there in 15 minutes", to "There was no parcel to collect", while I was waiting outside the door! No DPD van in sight. Twice in 2 weeks.
