Nextdoor - local police going to start using soon

Not sure how many of us locals use Nextdoor (it's available as app and online) but if you're interested in updates from our local policing teams it might be worth registering as Southwark Police are going to start using this platform soon (in addition to their Twitter feed I believe), to engage with more of the community. As well as providing updates here they'll also be able ask the community for help - eg. missing persons or post urgent alerts.

I was also at the Borough wide meeting with Southwark Police and they had speakers relating to this project.

Several police forces across the country are already using this with good results.
