Hi there, I need a dress altering for a wedding on 18 May. Does anyone know any local seamstresses who could do this / recommend any of the local dry cleaners?

  Re fit/sickness notes - it used to be that the patient would self certify themselves for the first week and then request a certificate from the GP. If that’s not the case, when did it change?
