Michelin-trained chef Paul Frost has curated a super fine multi-course Japanese culinary menu not to be missed. And each course is paired to a fresh London-made sake!


All to be enjoyed at an intimate 24 seater chef's table above the UK's first sake brewery, in Peckham. Thursday 27 June, 7-10pm.

SUMI clear junmai sake


- Hiramasa, cucumber hearts, shiso ponzu, broad beans [fish sashimi]



Seasonal special sake


- Shio Koji tori, tamago onsen, rice bowl [chicken]



KUMO cloudy nigori sake


- Hojicha cream, namasake raspberries
