The DKH superstore https://stores.sainsburys.co.uk/0054/dulwich and East Dulwich Local https://stores.sainsburys.co.uk/4943/london-east-dulwich-local both open at 7am. And the manager's letter at https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/forum/read.php?32,2101607,2104342#msg-2104342 does refer to the first hour of opening. "A number of you suggested that we reserve an hour in stores for elderly and vulnerable customers. In response to this request, we will set aside the first hour in every supermarket this Thursday 19th March, for elderly and vulnerable customers."
