BUSINESS AS USUAL ( as much as we can )

Recommended Posts

Dear Friends

We wanted to send a personal message in these uncertain times and hope that you and your family are healthy and navigating their way through this crisis.

We are as affected as anyone and naturally, as the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak evolves, we are taking all necessary precautions to ensure we act responsibly. We are trying to continue to operate as normally as we can, and support our customers despite the circumstances. We are following advice from the World Health Organisation and local authorities and making sure we keep up to date with precautionary measures.

The work we do involves a lot of prep work that is carried out off site and we are able to work independently at the joinery. Fixing and fitting is also something we can do independently, and we can happily exercise social distancing in doing so in the home.

We will continue to fulfil our appointments and we are here to quote and book for any future appointments.

You may find with this unexpected time at home you find yourself planning for long awaited Fitted Wardrobes or Alcove units. I am more than happy to assist initially via email or a telephone call to get the ball rolling.

Given the need to work from home for the foreseeable future is a reality, you may well find yourself needing a more structured office space to operate from.

Please get in touch with me, Douglas Hathaway by email: [email protected] or on mobile: 07748 151 682.

We send our love to all those affected.

Stay home, Stay safe and Take care of yourselves.

Douglas Hathaway

    • I'm all for good design v bad design (accepting that can be subjective) but I suspect most people formally and actively objecting to this (and many similar schemes across the country) aren' TOO exercised by the design - it's just blocking for blocking sake and is a major reason this country can't build anything If we are going to house people, not everyone is going to have a parking space or garden - sorry kids. look to Europe and other parts of the world where denser housing is more commonplace. I can't see any reason why a major capital like London can't build schemes of this scale
    • Did you go to any of the meetings I thought the designs were pretty good.
