Amazon Seller Central

I wonder if anyone is experienced in using Amazon Seller Central? I have two items I would like to upload - it is the same product, but one is giftboxed by me and the other is not. They have the same ASIN but different EANs. I have successfully uploaded the gift-boxed version, but get an error message when trying to upload the standard one. Going round in circles with helpdesk.

If anyone has experience of selling on Amazon and can help, I would be grateful to hear from you to take forward with you.

  I've had recent UPS deliveries from India & Sweden which have been delivered with no problems and in a very timely manner. I suspect problems may be more evident on internal (to UK) movements, I've nothing to complain about with their international service.
