Post natal Fit in Push Studios East Dulwich

This course is all about reconnecting with your body after having a baby. We will work from the inside out activating your core and pelvic floor to restore function and strength using breathing, movement and resistance using thera bands.

Exercises are chosen to address posture, function and strength so the intensity is dependent on where you are at in your recovery. Being small classes we can give more individual attention ensuring you are doing the correct exercises at the right level for you. We use a mix of exercises including Pilates but also like to ensure we cover exercises that are going to restore your body for daily function so you can move more freely and become more active.

Babies are welcome along too. The room is set up so you can have your baby on a mat next to you and there is plenty of room for pushchairs to be parked inside if your baby is sleeping.

Next start date: Thursday 20th May 2021

Class time: 1pm to 2pm

I have copied the following information from their website about the next Patient Participation Group meeting to be held at 6.30pm, on Thursday 23rd January 2025. This is an opportunity to come along, listen to what they have to say as per the Agenda, and perhaps ask some pertinent and searching questions about any concerns you may have regarding the agenda items, or any other matters regarding the Practice and the impact and consequences it has on us, the patients. Patient Participation Group (PPG) Next Meeting: 6:30pm Thursday 23rd January 2025 Dr Ganesh will continue to share with us the realities of general practice. The agenda will include: The FHRGP Website Allocation of appointments Accessing non-urgent care A named GP Staff name badges Face to face appointments Older patients and apps The long term plan A patients’ questionnaire All patients are warmly invited to share in this opportunity Time will be given for patients’ issues including topics for PPG discussion in 2025 Please, put the date and time in your diary and come along.   After I contacted them via online chat the assistant said, "Sorry I don't know what happened", basically. She offered to rebook the pickup but I said there was no time to try a third time. I got a refund and sent my parcel through the post office instead.

  Not about banging saucepans or clapping them. They do great work, but an 8.3% in 5 months. What happened to reality. And Starmer got a total battering at PMQ's today, was well worth watching seeing Kemi lay it on him and watching him squirm.
