I've had recent UPS deliveries from India & Sweden which have been delivered with no problems and in a very timely manner. I suspect problems may be more evident on internal (to UK) movements, I've nothing to complain about with their international service. -

Obviously not shattering compared to many life problems, but relatively minor annoyances add up to become a horrible background buzz to life I've just phoned and cancelled the order. Getting a refund. I'll get it from somewhere else. 🤬 Oh, that is annoying. What has DPD got to say about it? -
DPD are just as bad. Twice they failed to come and pick up my parcel, and both times the website said they'd been and gone despite me knowing they hadn't because I was standing outside my home within the hour window they provided and I was live tracking the van location. The message on the website went from "We'll be there in 15 minutes", to "There was no parcel to collect", while I was waiting outside the door! No DPD van in sight. Twice in 2 weeks.
