Eating out as a Coeliac in ED and SE London - restaurant recommendations?

Can any Coeliacs or Gluten Intolerant folk recommend places to eat out in the area where avoiding gluten is made pretty easy/well accommodated for?

These days most restaurants are very accommodating, but after recently having a pretty negative & really disappointing experience in a local pub, where no effort was made to provide at least one main dish that is gluten free or could be adjusted to be gluten free (even salad was declared not GF due to the dressing, so we ended up eating a side of green beans which was rather sad!) - it got us thinking, surely we arent the only Coeliacs in the area?!

And that got us thinking, maybe us Coeliacs can share tips on places that are providing well for GF?

Be it, GF being well marked on menus (always makes it so much easier and less of a faff than having to ask!), lots of options/alternatives, accommodating staff & kitchens etc etc.

Am looking forward to trying the Georgian place - Kartuli. Many people speaking highly of and having perused the menu online, loads of GF options, and clearly marked too!

you can pre-order at Theo's gluten-free pizza - very nice - Camberwell Arms is good at GF - one of the chef's was GF but double check as staff change -

And it?s true, love Camberwell Arms and they?ve always been good with GF, delicious food, great atmosphere

Actually just remembered that Yardsale Pizza do gluten free base too - yet to try it but heard good things.
