Car Wash behind M&S .. do NOT pay for anything but basic service

I have used these guys a few times.. if want a basic wash and indoor hoover for ?18, it is ok, a 7 out of 10. Do NOT pay for any of the Valet or special washes.. I have tried three times and you get exactly the same service.

Today I paid ?45 for a special Valet and wax service, yet none of the door sills were clean, there were water drips on most external panels, one of the alloys was still dirty and they had not wiped the internal dashboard / other panels.

What did they say when you brought this to their attention ?

Did they offer to re-do the vehicle to the standard they should reasonably be expected to ?

I only noticed when I got home, so I drove back and he suggested I leave the keys with him. I didn't want to waste time, (they should have done it first time), so he did offer to give me the difference back.. his last words were "but you got it polished for free".. Poor.
