Apple Laptop wanted

Hi this might be a long shot but does anyone have a 2017 Apple laptop onwards they are looking to get rid of. It's for my son Xmas present.. going to college next year and this is what he currently uses in education.

Would like it for free or willing to pay a small amount to it.
