Community Speedwatch in February

There's less traffic but it's going faster. Obvious really. Give cars more space and they go faster. Community Speedwatch is a joint effort between TfL, the Met, and community volunteers to slow the traffic down to legal speeds.

You can join in and it's fun. The reaction from passers-by is very positive. From car drivers less so. You can be the community volunteer and suggest best (most dangerous) places and times. Organiser PCSO Kevin Phillips will investigate and accommodate all-comers if he can. Take a look at the attached schedule for February 2022. To volunteer email [email protected].
