If you have evidence that people are not doing their jobs, how could you be accused of "being racist"? What on earth is the point of venting on here? Why don't you just register with another practice? But maybe the people sitting at their desks had other job related things to do apart from speaking to the people in the queue? At The Gardens, a lot of what presumably used to be done face to face is now done online or on the phone. -
With some of the attitudes expressed here I expect they hide when you walk into the surgery. They see me and rush to attend as I smile and thank them. Please please please register with another surgery and then you can start a new thread saying how awful they are. -

Who is responsible for employing these people does anyone know ? I wonder if that person hates the people of East Dulwich. Personal animosities overcome professionalism every time. Just my thoughts
