Hello from Gaia Studio! We have added a few new Yoga & Pilates classes to our weekly timetable:-

Early morning classes:

Now that the days are getting longer and the mornings brighter you may feel a little more inspired to try one of our early bird Yoga and Pilates classes. These classes are available on Tues (Yoga), Thurs (Pilates) and Fri (Yoga) from 6.45 or 7am.

Day time classes:

Our evening classes are proving very popular but for those of you that work from home, or are around the area during the day, you might like to join some of the classes that run throughout the day. Pilates, Ashtanga Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, Sound Meditation, Mum and Baby, Children and Teens.

Pre and Post Natal Classes:

We also are starting up specific Pilates classes for new mothers and mothers to be. We have a postnatal class every Monday at 10.30 am, where you are more than welcome to bring along your baby and also a pregnancy class (suitable for all trimesters) Tuesday's at 5.30 pm. Our pregnancy and Mum and Baby Yoga are continuing as always - Pregnancy (Saturday 9.30) and Mum and Baby (Friday from 9.45 am).

You can see our full Yoga & Pilates class schedule and all prices on our website www.gaiastudio.co.uk. Or you can email us at [email protected] with any queries.

We look forward to seeing you at Gaia soon!

Best wishes,

Wendy and Bryony
