gas hob repairer - wanted

I am looking for someone who can repair my gas hob. One of them doesn't ignite properly and I was wondering who I could call in to repair it. Also my oven light has gone out, and as it still works I suspect just the bulb just needs to be replaced.

Aside from calling the manufacturers 'Stoves' does anyone know of any local tradesmen who deal in this type of work?

  I agree. Midnight I can understand when it's celebrating the start of a new year (under whatever system) but not otherwise. Though re the wildlife, it's going to affect them whatever time it is, I don't suppose they know it's gone 11pm!

  Yes I get your gist, but maybe you could just name a few of the very many you mention? I'm not sure why you find it very concerning that somebody would leave Labour for the Greens? So have many people, including me.
