I had a bathroom light which needed to be changed and called in Steve and he changed to three downlighters and a sensor switch. Which means i dont even need to turn the light on in the bathroom when i walk in. All the work was done within an hour and a half. All cleaned and tidy when he left. Highly recommended. His no is: 07943181617

He also custom makes downlighters for bedrooms, living rooms, bars, clubs etc.

Steve is a person who enjoys his job and gives a bit more than a normal electrician.

    • Not sure what point you are making I have long since been aware of the issues, and would never have gone for it.  Maybe it cannot be applied without capturing damp.  I question why government part funded it.  But I also question why individuals did not do their own research.  This took me five second, it took longer to cut and paste it here: Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors The RICS advises homeowners to get independent advice from a qualified professional who is not affiliated with the installer or manufacturer. They also recommend not installing spray foam in listed or protected buildings without prior consent.   Property Care Association The PCA recommends that homeowners carry out appropriate checks to determine if spray foam is suitable for their roof. They also created a protocol for surveyors and lenders to make informed decisions about properties with spray foam insulation.     HomeOwners Alliance The HomeOwners Alliance recommends that homeowners avoid installing spray foam roof insulation.
