I thought I would concentrate on beef & lamb this week - Fantastic Dry aged Aberdeen Angus beef and welsh lamb...

Ribeye ?18/kg.Fillet ?31/kg. Rump ?14/kg. Sirloin ?22.00/kg. T bone ?19/kg.

Steak Mince ?7/kg. Fore rib ?17/kg Topside ?10/kg

I can buy individual steaks or whole pieces....

Welsh lamb... beautiful chops ?14/kg.. Legs ?12/kg, shoulder ?10/kg. Half/full french trimmed racks ?18/?36

I will only buy the best quality in smithfield.. all free range/grass fed etc.

Obviously I can purchase anything, chicken, pork etc.. plus will be going to Billingsgate Fri & sat.
