Probably he bequeathed us Thatcher....and the rest is as they say.....


and thinking about it, given the electorate's reluctance to go labour after his term, I'd say Blair was a direct result of his premiership.


Admittedly small pickings, sort of legacy through omission.

I think he meant that all the major parties in the UK now follow a Thatcherite line in their policies. And he'd be right.

I s'pose GB'd argue that he saved the world financial system with his interventions and the conferences of world leaders he arranged back in 2008/9 ????
