Negotiator - residential sales

haart estate agents are a well-established local business with the backing of a major national company. Our Dulwich office is looking for a new person to join its sales team, so that we can continue to react to the busy local property market.

As a sales negotiator for haart you?ll need to be responsive, have the benefit of treating people as individuals and the capacity to act as an advisor.

We enjoy a healthy relationship with the neighbourhood, and are looking for a person not only with high selling skills, but also with good local knowledge. As a member of the sales team your credentials will include your understanding of local schools and transport links into Central London. You should appreciate the history of the neighbourhood and understand how this part of South East London relates to the capital as a whole.

Our office is on Lordship Lane. We are a major player in the local property market, and sell property primarily in SE22, SE15, SE23, SE4 and SE26. Living in the area is likely to be an advantage, as is any experience in property marketing. You?ll need a clean driver?s licence, and should be well-spoken and presentable. Training and company car will be given to the successful person.

Interested candidates should in the first instance forward their CVs to [email protected]

    • Not sure what point you are making I have long since been aware of the issues, and would never have gone for it.  Maybe it cannot be applied without capturing damp.  I question why government part funded it.  But I also question why individuals did not do their own research.  This took me five second, it took longer to cut and paste it here: Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors The RICS advises homeowners to get independent advice from a qualified professional who is not affiliated with the installer or manufacturer. They also recommend not installing spray foam in listed or protected buildings without prior consent.   Property Care Association The PCA recommends that homeowners carry out appropriate checks to determine if spray foam is suitable for their roof. They also created a protocol for surveyors and lenders to make informed decisions about properties with spray foam insulation.     HomeOwners Alliance The HomeOwners Alliance recommends that homeowners avoid installing spray foam roof insulation.
