I used Emmanuel a few weeks ago for my house move. He arrived bang on time, and was very calm, focused and friendly - just what you need from a removal team on what is usually a very stressful day. The job was bigger than I had estimated, and the majority of my possessions are books, so not only was the job more than he'd planned for, it was hard work but he got on with it and things went very smoothly.
