Recommendations for garden landscapers

Recommended Posts

Hi there

I'm looking for a reasonably priced garden landscaper/builer to do some work on my garden. The work will involve excavating out the concreted over side return area and replacing with a raised concrete bed and gravel path, laying an area of hard wood decking and paving a smaller area. Please get in touch if you have any recommendations and/or if you are interested in giving a quotation.

Cheers

Eddie

Hi Eddie

I have been recommended on the forum for about 8 years now & would be happy to pop round & give you a quote. We are busy & are just finishing a beautiful raised hardwood deck in Pellatt rd. pictures available soon. We get a lot of work as we are reasonably priced & do a good job. I recommend you get at least 2 other quotes to give you a balance of prices & ideas. Feel free to give me a call if happy,

    • Not sure what point you are making I have long since been aware of the issues, and would never have gone for it.  Maybe it cannot be applied without capturing damp.  I question why government part funded it.  But I also question why individuals did not do their own research.  This took me five second, it took longer to cut and paste it here: Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors The RICS advises homeowners to get independent advice from a qualified professional who is not affiliated with the installer or manufacturer. They also recommend not installing spray foam in listed or protected buildings without prior consent.   Property Care Association The PCA recommends that homeowners carry out appropriate checks to determine if spray foam is suitable for their roof. They also created a protocol for surveyors and lenders to make informed decisions about properties with spray foam insulation.     HomeOwners Alliance The HomeOwners Alliance recommends that homeowners avoid installing spray foam roof insulation.
