One long ride

London Bridge to Woolwich Circuit. < https://www.eventbrite.co.uk/e/london-bridge-to-woolwich-circuit-tickets-633639862887 >. Meet 10am at Southwark Needle, south side of London Bridge, close to the station. 22 mile, estimated 3 hour, ride with Jamie leading.  Route to Woolwich along the south side of the Thames.  Break at Woolwich for coffee. Then under river to Silver Town and Royal Docks and back up to Greenwich and Southwark Needle. A variation on a route we have used several times. Lots to see. Plan to be back at the Needle at 1pm or a little after.

and a shorter one.
Note there are a few places left on the long ride London Bridge to Woolwich Circuit. < https://www.eventbrite.co.uk/e/london-bridge-to-woolwich-circuit-tickets-633639862887 >.

May 13th.  Canada Water, Greenwich, London Bridge Loop. < https://www.eventbrite.co.uk/e/copy-of-canada-water-greenwich-london-bridge-thameside-loop-cycle-ride-tickets-540926554887 >

This anti-clockwise loop follows the Thames on both banks. Lots of history and some fine views. 10am to 12.30pm. Start/finish Deal Porter Square, opposite Canada Water Station, SE16 7AR. Easy 11 mile ride using DLR to cross river at Greenwich (travel pass or equivalent needed) and returning over London Bridge.  Route includes Russia Woodland, Greenland Dock, Deptford Historic waterfront, Narrow St (Wapping), Shadwell Basin, Canal-side paths to St Katherines Docks. Coffee stop on return leg (probably Bartons, Dockhead).

No hills, mostly off road, cycle lanes or quiet streets. Simon K. leading.  It will be possible to join the ride at Greenwich Station. Meet 10.25am outside the front of the station on Greenwich High Rd, near the Novotel (not by the DLR entrance). • The proper answer, of course, is that you really do need to speak to a solicitor. You will probably be told that if the loft space is theirs, they can do what they like with it. However you can't build a proper loft conversion without changing at least some of the roof. The roof, as an external part of the building, is usually shared and not demised. They will probably need to demise it if they want to convert.    But it really does depend on the specific situation.
    • Very sorry to hear of the experience of the original poster and wishing their pup a speedy recovery.  I would just like to say that bull breeds can be the most fantastic of dogs and there are many around Dulwich that do the breed (s) proud. It's so lazy, but way too common, to simply label an entire breed (or group of breeds) as 'bad' and another as 'good' but it's exactly this attitude that has led to 1000's of great dogs sat in shelters whilst you can't move for cockapoo's, daschunds, etc. in any London park. It's way more complex than 'good' or 'bad'  and inevitably, there will always be well-behaved dogs, and less well behaved dogs across all breeds. The key to everything with dogs is the owners, regardless of breed. Treat your dog well, train it, understand it, and take precautions if necessary (i.e. keep it on a lead).
    • Looking for a second hand iPad Pro, ideally 6th Gen 12.9" but open to others if anyone is looking to sell.   Thanks
    • The post is only focussed on parcels so maybe I should ask for all post to be sent via a box.  It would probably be cheaper to send  a  letter in a parcel that is tracked rather than pay 10.00 for a letter to be sent recorded delivery 🚚 🚚 🚚
