NEW DATES: Furniture Painting courses with ed, tomlinsons & the dulwich trader, every other Saturday at Volcano Coffee House


Do you want to know how to tansform old unwanted furntiture or upcycle junk shop finds?


We are running half day Furniture Painting workshops using Annie Sloan Chalk Paints. Learn techniques from paint distressing to gilding in a relaxed and intimate (only 6 places) setting under the supervision of an instructor trained by Annie Sloan herself.

The half day begginners course will equip you with the basic skills required to get started on your first upcycling project. To help you on your way we will give you a voucher for 10% off any Annie Sloan product bought in store.


Workshops cost ?99 (Introductory Offer!) and include all materials and equipment, Volcano Coffee & Cake. Step by step guidance is given throughout, and you can take your paint boards home for future reference.

    • Not sure what point you are making I have long since been aware of the issues, and would never have gone for it.  Maybe it cannot be applied without capturing damp.  I question why government part funded it.  But I also question why individuals did not do their own research.  This took me five second, it took longer to cut and paste it here: Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors The RICS advises homeowners to get independent advice from a qualified professional who is not affiliated with the installer or manufacturer. They also recommend not installing spray foam in listed or protected buildings without prior consent.   Property Care Association The PCA recommends that homeowners carry out appropriate checks to determine if spray foam is suitable for their roof. They also created a protocol for surveyors and lenders to make informed decisions about properties with spray foam insulation.     HomeOwners Alliance The HomeOwners Alliance recommends that homeowners avoid installing spray foam roof insulation.
